    The challengesWe dont have any direct trainings , and we have to show our interest and learn things by going through documentation. Oracle never provide Trainings to employees.

    The good thingsFantastic work life balance, great people to discuss issues with to bounce off ideas and reach solutions & most of all, a vibrant high achieving atmosphere. Its intoxicating to work for a company that's so high powered and treats their employees so well. You'll never want to work someplace else after :)
    The challengesSometimes the divisions you're working for become the challenge to stay in Oracle - which says nothing about Oracle itself. The organization's overall experience may get diluted by the isolated experience within your division. Recommend to stay connected within the company.

    The good thingsOracle is a very dynamics organization and you get the chance to social and network with many different people. Besides that, Oracle has a lot of internal opportunities and training as well. You also get the chance to meet with important personnel.
    The challengesOracle is a big company and there are always organizations change every single quarter. The target set for each individual is quite high and usually no annual bonus will be given. It is quite a stress place to begin with but it gives you a lot of different exposure.
