    You can't have best of the world.
    The good thingsCompany provides training and invest alot on training, tooling. In the market is still one of the best service provider.
    The challengesEmployees are not motivated, rewards and perk are limited. Management are not supportive. Office culture is not good as well. Employees go for coffee break too often.
