    OrangeTee is a supportive, positively condusive company where Real Estate Agents can learn, grow and become professional Real Estate Agents.
    The good thingsOrangeTee has a Supportive Management that looks out for the growth and development of their CEA registered Salespersons. All OrangeTee agents can refresh themselves to gourmet coffee on-the-house at the HangOut Cafe at OrangeTee's ground floor.
    The challengesThe real estate agency industry is a very competitive industry for budding entrepreneurs. OrangeTee is differentiated from the other agencies as it has ethically motivated Agency leaders amongst its pool of talented agents who are willing to work together and share benefits and burdens with others in need of guidance and help.

    The good thingsFlexible work timing, approachable & friendly bosses, decisions making is fast. Rather small staff so everyone knows everyone. Everyone willing to help(no office politics) at least on my department.
    The challengesWorkload from too little to suddenly too many. Having problems finding replacement as pay is on re lower side. Small team size if anyone is on MC or leave things get overwhelmed.
