    The good thingsBonus and office location is good. But pay increment is so -so.
    The challengesWork load is high, due to many manual paper work. Management not keen to improve work process. Micro-management by company's management Obvious favoritism by Management on certain department.

    The good thingsBenefits and claims are superb, from basic necessity to luxury items
    The challenges6 days rotating shift pattern of 9.5 hours, with 2 days off. Only can celebrate own festive holiday. Always block leave for certain reasons. Need to indicate reasons for overseas travel. Need to be in favor with the direct supervisor else...everything in career path will be affected from yearly bonus, career advancement etc
