    The good thingsEach month have karaoke dinner or after mass dinner. Depend on boss's mood.
    The challengesAnnual leave is less, cannot leaving on time, one person cover three person's jobscope and given paid less, security employment is low.

    The good thingsI can say that the Company transformed me into a better individual in terms of knowledge, skills, values and integrity. This is not just a Company, this is a FAMILY. The boss treats everyone equally regardless of your position.
    The challengesIn every Company there is always a challenges, stress, misunderstandings etc. But having a good faith you will overcome those and you will realize challenges are made to improve your skills, knowledge and experience.

    Spiritual Growth
    The good thingsWhat I like in this company is that other than career improvement and skills development it also helps my spiritual health to improve. We always have morning prayer every morning with my colleages and my boss. I learned a lot especially on how to be a good person and acquire more moral values. No matter how good you are when it comes to knowledge but without wisdom and good virtue you are nothing.
    The challengesSince I am electronics engineers, it's a big challenge for me to handle mechanical design. But seeing on the bright side, I can learn more about engineering. Not only electronics but mechanical as well. Another challenge for me is for my spiritual growth. I am trying to be good everyday not just an employee but also a good neighbor to everyone, how to deal people nicely.
