    If only you can really manage massive stress and challenges
    The good thingsSalary is averagely satisfying, benefits such as AWS/mobile/medical are included. Very nice working environment with 2 great pantry area both for lunch/dinner/team gathering/meeting. Not all, but there are very nice people around.
    The challengesHigh turnover rate, I felt that it is very important to have supportive team and great leaders. I have great tolerance but I don't feel the need to tolerate in such situation.
