    The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that working in Osome, employees work well with one another, within and between departments. The organisation supports employee growth and development and always gives employees clear feedback and suggestions before moving to termination.
    The challengesIn consulting industry, we need to meet the deadline of submission, client expectation and demand. The company has helped me to grow professionally by improve my communication skills and meeting deadline for the submission.

    The challengesOsome is still consider as new startup, however with rapid growth, there are many processes that can be improved. Given time, i believe this can be improved.
