The challengesManagement encourages OT culture in the office. Lead by example by arriving late around 10.30am at work and left office late at night. Meeting usually held around 6pm when you are supposed to finish work. Worst of all, management does not recognise nor appreciate the staff working OT. Avoid at all cost if you value work life balance.
On top of this, management always think that they are always right.
