    Bad management and OT
The good thingsA lot of food choices nearby
The challengesKeep OT and can't leave without permission even if you already finish daily tasks. Never waste your time to give opinion, they won't listen to you. There's no OT pay. Terrible high turnover rate

    torturing experience
The good thingssorry. have to say that. there is nothing good
The challengeswas surprise that this company still exist as they did not respect and appreciate staff. No point to hold discussion as management always think that they are always right.

Extensive OT and OT is the company culture
The good thingsMany food choices around the office
The challengesManagement encourages OT culture in the office. Lead by example by arriving late around 10.30am at work and left office late at night. Meeting usually held around 6pm when you are supposed to finish work. Worst of all, management does not recognise nor appreciate the staff working OT. Avoid at all cost if you value work life balance. On top of this, management always think that they are always right.
