    Goalpost shifting, no team effort
    The good thingslearning new things like products, telephone skills, doing shipment preparations. The work Task are not complicated but it can be challenging to handle.
    The challengescertain instructions and issues are a messy and sometimes keep changing standards. and they are not very upfront even for issues about products.

    worst environment i've came across
    The good things1. learn about different types of plastic materials. 2. learn call handling skills 3. indoor position for those who want to stay in office job.
    The challenges1. too many phone calls, the call volume is like a call centre hotline. but this wasn't mentioned in the JD although it is a critical task. only briefly mentioned to me during interview. 2. no career advancements. 3. minimum benefits only. (for e.g., 7 day leave) 4. minimum team work between teams. 5. not much product training to really understand the products. 6. messy procedures and instructions, even for taking leaves. 7. Alternate Sat working. this wasn't mentioned in the Job Ad. 8. office politics 9. manpower is an issue here, taking leave will not be easy unless for emergency and important issues like family issues.

    i would say is a fruitful experience
    The good thingsFor those who prefer to do indoor sales can try.
    The challengesHave to memorize hundred types of plastics and their specifications and their brand and name. Non-stop phone call to pick up for order and quotation. Require to learn shipping in case shipping admins not around. you got to do yourself including of packing the items if the shipping admin not around all is too busy. Benefits 7 days annual leave. no transport allowance.

    The good thingsFor this who want inside or indoor sales can try.
    The challengesAs sales engineer, got to learn shipping and incase people not around you are require to do shipping admins job. Alot of phone call and non- stop phone call.
