    The good thingsAbsorb as much experience you can get from the workplace especially the people around you. Comfortable working environment. Most guests are happy and regulars hence it goes to show that the accommodation and service is good or even great. I guess that is the reason why some keeps coming back.
    The challengesThe pace, fast pace but there are times its slow. Overall, the pace that keeps you on the edge and of course guest requests. It is different everyday. Every work is stress but there are good stress which in this case is a good kinda stress in which you will appreciated along the way as you will learn something important or precious.

    The challengesEverything seems excellent , but uniforms for security officers should be in SUITS as this is a 5 star rated luxury suite , to look more professional and high standards with the branding . Looking forward for the implementation .

    The challenges- EXTREMLY limited growth potential career-wise - Many staff who gets paid to do nothing - expect to be roasted whenever things go wrong. - Red tape ensures all work is done extremely slow. expect relatively simple project with no financial consideration to take more than 2 years to approve. Everything needs to have a 3 hour long meeting. EVERYTHING.

    The good thingsThe environment especially the camaderie between different departments. The staff, individuals are helpful and fun to hang out and work with. Work approach if felt uncertain, they are always ready to assist and guide you. Approachable especially if you have questions or unsure about certain things. Never a dull moment. Good vibes! Happy to come to work.
    The challengesAs every other operations work especially in the hospitality line, time and guests/customers are always a challenge. To cater to their needs, we always try to do our best and there are times we fell short but manage to bounce back from that. Time is something we all constantly try to beat haha but everything else is good.

    It was a really fun experience
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with all my coworkers as the team was really friendly. When I was not up to par, they made sure to tell me and from there I was able to correct my mistakes. I love baking which is he reason why I took up the job and this further increased my love for it as I stood at my station and talk to the guests, asking them if they like the food and seeing them look at all the pastries with delight.
    The challengesAt the very most, having to stand for hours but for me it is fine as it is something I don’t mind doing for something I love.

    The good thingsBeing able to work for Pan Pacific Hotel Groups main Flagship hotel was the best thing about working for this hotel, along with the experience of interacting with the other hotel chains, brands and staff within the group.
    The challengesThe challenges with this company is its high staff turnover, its restrictions on job progression, company transfer opportunities and internal as well as external job training. Senior management also fails to address issues and challenges faced by junior staff.
