It's a good stable multi-national company with its roots in Singapore.
The good thingsHardworking team, fair and knowledgeable VP (in my time), corporate office is centrally located and well-appointed. Some GMs can be high-handed and not as polite as you would like them to be.
The challengesSalary is not attractive for the job responsibilities. Focus is more on topline than back office function.

Strong backup corporate company; able to retain staff even during recession.
The good thingsOwners prefer to reduce costs before the termination of employees during a recession.
The challengesIncreasing the communications link and support between the Groups will lead to better opportunities.

    The Best Company I've Worked
The good thingsThe thing that I enjoy working there is that everyone is friendly , be it from HR department or my colleague in the reservation department. In my department, everyone work as a team and it is very enjoyable. Not to mentioned that my manager is a really great person too, Working under him is great., he don't stress or put on his position to anyone of us.
The challengesThe challenging part working there is dealing with customer from all around the world. there might be language problem between us and the customer because not really all speak english. some customer may demand a very weird or hard request where we have to make it happen for them unless we are unable to take in their request. And when we are unable to take in their request they will be very rude.
