    The good thingsWork environment quite healthy (albeit may varies for different department), management acknowledges your efforts while still seems to care for your well-being and also provide reasonable opportunities for career growth.
    The challengesProject based work, during peak period may causes burnout / overload which causes issue to work life balance. Salary in general is lower compared to most markets, but company does reward your effort if you choose to stay and contribute.

    The good thingsEnvironment was very pleasant, albeit may varies between departments. Superiors acknowledges your effort, provide challenging task but still cares for your well beings, and do provide opportunities for growth.
    The challengesSalary is not the highest in the market, work life balance fluctuates drastically, can be quite tough sometimes due to project based work.
