    great place to work but not easy
    The good thingsnot sure about plant but my experience at office is nice and the people are generally friendly. team is supportive whenever I need help and my manager also quite good. benefits not too bad also.
    The challengesworkload can be a lot during busy periods but still manageable. would also be nice if got higher pay (but this one's true anywhere lol).

    Overall is good, Consolidate your basic knowledge.
    The good thingsSenior taking care of you and you may learn something new from them. Friendly and kind manager, helpful colleagues, environment is not bad for work (depends on what project). Work life balance. Quite good benefits.
    The challengesSometimes, the project deadline keep changing and being stressful a bit, but so far overall is acceptable and ok. You may learn more basic and consolidate it here but not for the more advance technology since it is not the pure IT company.
