    A company that you can commit to work till retirement!
    The good things A company that takes care of the well-being of the employees, and a compliance company that is strong in Corporate Social Responsibility. Career advancement is good with good effort put in. Colleagues/Superior are friendly and support each other. Global market exposure, international work experience. Global business is less susceptible to local economic performances.
    The challengesIt is quite far away, but it still offers free transport to major town centres in Singapore. It may not be the fastest moving company, cautiously take one step at a time.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, transportation provided. Salary/benefit/increment- don’t expect much, if not you will disappointed.
    The challengesPoor management with poor decision making, know the problems but ignore it until it’s exploded then take actions.

    The good thingsThere are good benefits. Company Bus, Almost 20+ days of Annual Leave.
    The challengesNo work/life Balance. Your manager expect you to work sometimes on weekends at home. Salary is very low. Increment is very slow because promotion is not based on performance, but rather years of services. Not a good environment for young professionals.
