    Good first job
The good thingsThe plentiful learning experience which would be allowed to you, on the job training is highly evident where there are things you only learn when doing projects, handling new customers. There are always new projects, such as energy saving project on a company wide scale, encouraging people to come out with creative ways to solve problems.
The challengesThe lack of prospect would be one of the issue prevalent throughout the entire company, with a lack of advancement opportunities afforded to the staff there. Higher positions which are vacated are usually first presented to staff from headquarters, where people who have been working there for a long time might be overlooked despite the performance they have shown throughout their career.
