    Pretty bad. No sense of direction. Always plan to fail
    The good thingsHaving colleagues to support each other.
    The challengesHR does not fight for employees. They always listen to Department Managers instructions. The decisions are always made last minute and workers are unable to react in time.

    The good thingsServing customers with immediate resolutions and processing orders within timelines and meet sales team requirements and business needs with constant learning and analysis to improve business processes and train team members to get to speed to create strong team to deliver desired results.
    The challengesLearnt the complete process within couple of days and supported the team with huge backlogs and ensured we were able to deliver as a strong team within the 1 week of joining. Used all my experience to stream line the process to meet KRA's and gain customer confidence in finding resolution in the first few minutes of the call and create a positive approach with every new transaction by learning everyday and constantly changing customer demands.
