The good things- Friendly and helpful colleagues in all of the 3 branches I worked at - Management is good too
The challengesToo rigid of a standard operating procedure. Would get noticed if we deviated even slightly from it.

    Overview
The good thingsColleagues were friendly and get along well to work with. Closely knitted to make tasks easier to carry out, as information were relayed between team mates to ensure that the team are well-informed. SOPs were in place to plan the required tactical tasks.
The challengesDirection of which the company is heading is constantly changing. It is difficult when the direction is constantly changing based on the likes/dislikes of the management. Hard to execute tasks when unclear, and unable to forecast and view things in a boarder picture. Staff's benefits, management has the tendency to over-promise and yet not fulfilling it.
