Small yet powerfulThe good thingsEmployer open to new ideas, never stop improving and pushing new boundaries everytime. Giving us a company trip per year (we even went to paris), Pay increment base on performance and bonus. A very cohesive main team and feels like a family. Not much of OT as its usual for creative, so there is a slight worklife balance which is great. Were also sent to courses for upgrading and there is a good spectrum of projects to attempt. Never bored here.
The challengesTrain better account servicing and hire the right people. (Did hired 4 people who created unpleasantness in company) More organised planning in projects.
