    Great learning
    The good things5-work days week. Good Staff benefits, very understanding boss. Fast pace work, great learning opportunities. Work/life balance and cohesive, hardworking team. Value creativity much. Always improving.

    Great Place for Minds Alike...Haters Need Not Apply
    The good thingsSmall but powerful team. Superb people with a good culture. Anyone with a negative vibe will naturally be purged.
    The challengesConstantly looking out for people of the good quality, attitude, and mentality, which can be a slow and painful process sometimes.

    The good thingsGood Senior and Management. They are willing to help and guide you if you need any help. Do not judge and are willing to give opportunities to employees. They also empower us by giving us the power to make the decisions. The Management appreciates our work and will always have a yearly review to make sure you're progressing well. We get out yearly goals customized for us based on our capabilities. Overall, this company cares for our well-being.
    The challengesI would say that due to its nature and being in a fast paced industry. We have to be open to change and adapt as quickly as possible.

    The good thingsEveryday has been a joy working with these cohesive bunch of people. For the past years, we have been working hard to deliver the best of works for various companies.     Great platform for the creatives
    The good thingsParadox Media is a good platform to develop your crafting and thinking skills. Vast clientele that pushes your limit not only in your comfort zone. Great opportunity to hands on some of the most renowned brands like Canon. You get to involve and contribute a big portion of creative input compared to those big agency. Creative freedom is up to your boundary. Company will try to arrange overseas trip each year. Over time working is not that crazy compared to what I've known in this industry. Been here for almost 3 years and so far so good.
    The challengesWell, it's very individual. The above statement might sounds like a bad news for those who stuck in their comfort zone of doing things.

    A place where you can grow
    The good thingsParadox is a place where you can grow with it and learn. The management is good at giving opportunities to their employees. The management trust that we will make decisions and accomplish assigned tasks, in the same manner, the manager would if the manager were taking the actions. Empowering us to take lead in our own projects. Aside to that, they allow us to develop new skills by sending us to courses.

    Small yet powerful
    The good thingsEmployer open to new ideas, never stop improving and pushing new boundaries everytime. Giving us a company trip per year (we even went to paris), Pay increment base on performance and bonus. A very cohesive main team and feels like a family. Not much of OT as its usual for creative, so there is a slight worklife balance which is great. Were also sent to courses for upgrading and there is a good spectrum of projects to attempt. Never bored here.
    The challengesTrain better account servicing and hire the right people. (Did hired 4 people who created unpleasantness in company) More organised planning in projects.
