    The challengesmanagement do not take care of contractor benefits practically nothing to encourage you to stay. they treat contractors as dispensable. management have a stagnant fixed mindset, no progressive view of the company, no progressive plan for staff career advancement. town hall is showmanship. company will not meet ESG guidelines.

    The good thingsYou will learn alot of things,especially if you are newly graduates in medical fields,staffs here are accomodating and cheerful.They will treat you like a family,the administation every quaterly doing gathering to know their staffs concerns and conduct suggestions to make services will do better.They giving appreciation for the staffs doing a great job.
    The challengesDoing quality services to the patients,we need to give the best quality health care for them so patients will feel better and the recovey will be fast.
