    Great place to learn
The good thingsMany things to learn at the frontline and its a profession you do only if you have the passion for the industry. Satisfying when you get to service customers who appreciate your work.
The challengesIt can be challenging when we meet customers who are impatient and take the healthcare workers for granted.

    Pleasant yet challenging experience
The good thingsFriendly and a good teacher to me and my internship partner. Friendly and caring employees. Lovely to work with and able to build good rapport with the employees. Though the work load was high, the people working there did help me and my internship partner have a better experience of working at an health insurance company.
The challengesHigh work load and different types of cases that I was unfamiliar with, not knowing how to handle them properly.
