Good experience but pay was rather lowThe good thingsA lot of (expensive) perks every other celebratory days (e.g. father's day, mother's day, children's day...), and smart and friendly colleagues as well as challenging work / opportunity to move to other department if you're well-connected enough.
The challengesAs everything is done internally (not outsourced, like most fund companies do) and processes are aligned globally (yes, all 3 timezones - Asia, US, and Europe), work could be 24/7 due to collaboration with different jurisdictions.
