    Terrible Family Business
The good thingsNone at all. Cannot even find one. Join at your own risk.
The challengesSuperbad management, family business, only join this company if you are a 'yes' man. Position or rank is redundant, the family likes to control every single matter in the company

    Bad Company with bad culture
The good thingsPlenty of exposure to scope of work in industry, or where ever manpower falls short in the department of the company. As company is small in size, you may have more opportunities to explore something totally new to this company
The challengesThe benefit is not proportional to contribution. And employer may give an empty verbal promise for temporary comfort. Employer does not keep up with their promises and attitude are very bad. It a local company and manage by its family, all are not appreciate the work being done by staff and all the profit is go to themselves. Always like to micro manage staff and the salary is low and very limited benefits. Disappointing management with only care about the figure, always ignore the effort done by the staff. No life balance for the staff, always have to work extra with no OT paid. The person who hold managerial position have very bad attitude towards the staff.

The good thingsThe only pro that you might ever experience is the empty promises that the employer paints to you when he want you in his company.
The challengesSalary is below par from the market rate. Workload is practically impossible to achieve. Directives that were given in the morning could very well be changed in a couple of hours all the time. Benefits given to staffs are insanely ridiculous. Even when good profits are apparent , management will always claim that marginal and give every excuses to reduce bonuses .

    Its a family run business
The good thingsI can't think of one. But some of the person there is quite nice.
The challengesAll the benefits goes into the higher management. Instead, go back to the family inner circle because it is family run business. I hope the higher management can use better attitude to treat their staff instead of using bad words and always show face to the staff under their position.

I have a bad experience here
The good thingsThe people here is good. The colleague and the other member was kind and willing to help. Other than that, the time is flexible. You can be late because they dont have the punch card system. Also, you can wear slipper during the work.
The challengesThe higher management and the director attitude is bad. All the income will return to their company inner circle. Too micro management. Always lack of manpower because they are giving low salary but expect you to do more. Other than that, the management side didn't keep their promise for profit sharing.
