    The good thingsAmazing team who are always willing to support and help you grow. No micromanagement. Certain flexibility given and there is work-life balance.

    The good thingsManagement and staff are friendly, open to discussion. And also everyone is confident in the duties. I was given applications from many clients! We were working with a sense of mission, and our clients relied on us as partners.

    Good working environment
    The good thingsGood colleagues and able to work as a team with strong passion for our mission. There is no expat here so that we can aim for career progression. Basic is not high but good commission scheme.
    The challengesDue to MOM regulations changes, there is some restrictions to work for some clients. Benefit is not so attractive, but good.

    The good thingsWonderful teammates and culture! Able to challenge new things to develop new services. Support each others very well.
    The challengesSometimes it's a bit challenge for young staff to deal with top management people of Japanese comapanies but lots to learn.

    Management do not appreciate and trust good talents. High turnover rates.
    The good thingsAmazing and supportive team mates
    The challengesManagement operates by nurturing fear in everyone (old school). Employees are afarid to apply for leaves and will come to work despite being given a medical certificate by doctor. No freedom and autonomy given. Terrible worklife balance. Management do not appreciate and trust their talents. They are unwilling to change and never admit their mistake despite feedbacks. Management constantly revise their benefits and constantly look for ways to penalise their talents commission scheme. This results in very high turnover rates, company size too small due to very high turnover rates.
