Higher management is none supportiveThe good thingsNice working environment with nice colleagues, able to meet different people from all walks of life. Through this job I learned how to cope with high demands from customers in a positive way and turn every negative situations into a positive opportunities. I am glad that I had given the opportunity to in this organisation for a better in building self character.
The challengesWe are always constantly down in manpower, I am sad to see sometimes customers service experience are not met because everyone is so busy with their tasks on hand. Constantly we get complaints from customers in regards of service staffs are not friendly, looking stressed and rude. Still the organization is not doing anything like hiring more people, still they wants to cut down more staffs. When communicated to the higher management in regards what we are facing, they are not supportive at all.
