Good WorklifeThe good thingsWe have caring Pastors and they look into our welfare/benefits, and they have good rapport with staff. Whenever there a need, they try their best to help. There are good colleagues who are very helpful and caring.
The challengesWe do not have much teamwork though it has been much encouraged and thus it would be helpful if staff would cooperate and help one another to lessen each other's workload and get the task done in quick time.
