Good established company - always feels nice going to work.The good thingsPeople orientated. As an organisation, they care for their people - think nice pantries, free lunches on Tuesdays, good desks and equipments, extra activities and talks, etc. Perks and benefits are great.
There is good transparency in company's plans and direction from the management.
The challengesToo many stakeholders and processes that makes it difficult to achieve great work and run fast tactical campaigns.(read: too many unproductive meetings).
Little sense of ownership and thus drive to execute work at the highest level.
Not able to innovate and be agile/responsive enough in smaller markets to meet the needs of varied environments and customers in different regions.
