    The good thingsCaring and helpful managers and colleagues. Manageable workload for interns. Good equipment to get work done. Clean workplace environment.
    The challengesSuggestion, only if required, maybe more equipment (e.g cameras, tripods) can help to speed up with fast paced campaign photoshoot, video work.

    Small company with friendly colleagues
    The good thingsVery friendly colleagues and boss that are nice to work with. As it's a small company you get exposed to a wide array of job and responsibilities. Also your empowered to make decisions and provide suggestions for improvement.
    The challengesGiven the wide JD it might get overwhelming. Cross department collaboration is essential, however it was difficult to work with the current digital marketing assistant manager.

    The good thingsThe colleagues there i met are really caring and kind! you have to be really independant as not much guidance will be given. Really spacious and nice working environment ,pantry is always fill with snacks! There are fair opportunities for strong performers, recognition is given as long you have patience.

    The challengesoffice is at Kakit Bukit, you might want to consider in terms of distance wise. In digital marketing team, workload sometimes can be intense, and there is a likelihood of working overtime. Only for the passionate people.

    The good thingsGreat place to work in, the vibe is youthful and casual. My boss and colleagues are very supportive and friendly. Bosses are open-minded to new ideas and proposal from the employees.
    The challengesThe office is an open space environment. It is very efficient to connect or discuss things with another department. But I personally need some quiet moment to focus on work, so sometimes, open space becomes a disadvantage for me.

    Exciting, leeway to explore new things
    The good thingsManagement is friendly, proactive and hands-on. Open door policy is practiced here, so there's no bureaucracy and decisions can be made pretty fast. HQ is made up of mostly females, with a handful of males, the environment is young and upbeat. Things move fast around here and there's no dull moment. Management is also open to trying out new ideas and supportive.
