    The good things1. Flexible work hours 2. PBA branded and marketed nicely to attract potential client and job seeker to work with them
    The challenges1. Messy work culture 2. Poor management 3. Not paid on time 4. Long hours 5. Poor benefits, no respect to employee. 6. Not professional.
