    Horrible passive-aggressive boss
    The good thingsColleagues were nice and supportive (they've all left)
    The challengesEmotional boss, KPIs and targets always shifting. A lot of last-minute work, and the manager is passive-aggressive. Always thinks of cutting costs that impacts the workers instead of managing the workload. Loves to say, 'You should be managing me.'
