High exposure to all experience with exceptional high workload and stress
The good thingsThis company likes a lot of one man show. Be expected to tread into the unknown while working here as you will be expected to go into areas you are not familiar with. The strong point about this is that you will get to learn a lot of experience to run your own business after a few years.
The challengesAs a one man show running the project, you are expected to cover all the roles for a typical project. This roles can range from per-sales to service desk and quite often, the delivery person as well.
