    My working experience in Penta Ocean is great
    The good thingsEmployer take care very much of their employees like incentives, bonus plus other benefits like free accommodation plus allowance, have site facilities.
    The challengesAs I have working in a very remote place working environment, daily routine work and weekends for more than 5 years seems feels like boring.

    To me they provide one of the best and positive working environment. They love their staffs and always giving talks & meet-up session to ensure staff morale is high and being guided and improve productivity for both party benefits.
    The good thingsCompany initiated staff bonding session and provides trainings regularly. They have a good HR personnel and managerial team.
    The challengesIt's based on project. Location may be an issue. Not able to demand for a specific permanent location near to home, as their work location is based on projects at various locations. For those with a family of small children, having toddlers & infant, may have some difficult time if being posted further away from your home. Other than this, i wouldn't give a second thought to this beautiful company.
