    Constant change
    The good thingsThere were some great bosses who know what they are doing and do care about their staff. Many have left but a few remained. The salary and benefits are good.
    The challengesConstant changes because the O&G industry is in a down cycle. Pentair was formerly Tyco V&C sold to Pentair, then resold to Emerson. All these changes have taken a toil on the staff but has made the company a lot leaner.
