    Great work life balance
    The good thingsThere is no OT culture here and people are quite understanding when you miss deadlines. But the flip side is that you get your requests very slowly too.
    The challengesThe upper management moves very slowly and overly conservative, and is reactive to external challenges rather than proactive. Politics often prevent projects from moving forward. This makes working with other teams very painful. As with any company, the quality of the colleagues in some departments is suspect.
