    Poor Management System, Horrible Manager
    The good thingsNice colleagues, helping each other.
    The challengesNo work life balance, need to entertain manager anytime. Manager will keep calling you and ask you to work after working hours and rest days. Need to handle many things out of your job scope. No promotion opportunity. No allowance, no transport provided.
