    Lead, educate and coach retail assistant in-store (New and existing). Certified OJT trainer by Pet Lovers Centre. Delivers consistent, excellent customer service. Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and profit goals. Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Execute new launch displays, collateral placement.
    The good thingsComfortable working environment. Fun to work with pets. Learn a lot of skills and experience. Colleagues are nice people.
    The challenges1) Long working hours. They can improve by giving Shifts. 2) Handle Customers complain. They can improve their system.

    The good thingsSalary is very tempting. bosses recognises your hard work or contributions
    The challengesTOO MUCH WORK LOAD. Too much reports. High turnover rate even for office staff.

    Great staffs there
    The good thingsThe people there are nice and friendly. Can improve on product knowledge regarding pets so you will know what to recommend to customers.
    The challengesNeed to practice good hygiene while handling small animals. Scheduling is on a monthly basis so you would need to have good time management if you are half studying and working.

    The good thingsI get to meet different types of customers, colleagues & suppliers. I get to handle the small animals and learn more about them from their behaviours to health and food. I learn something new everyday. Friendly colleagues & supervisor, sometimes will have bonding session after work. Good teamwork with colleagues from other departments too.
    The challengesRetail hours = long working hours. Sometimes will have to handle difficult customers. Not enough manpower, especially during HQ stock in the morning and have to do it alone. HQ location is very far for those living in the east area and have to come for training in the morning.

    Fun and enjoyable experience
    The good thingsI enjoy doing the many different task in the shop; such as manning the cash register, doing stock and housekeeping. There are many things to do around the shop so you're always kept busy and going.
    The challengesNo proper break room, too small. The shops are too narrow and cramped to navigate around, especially when there're a lot of customers coming in.
