A good challenging and experiencing jobThe good thingsIt provides me with an experience that I never had in previous job. It is a good place to learn and also to grow and mature in character. I have learnt so much with regards to the F&B industry and also managed a big scale F&B event, the World Gourmet Summit, it is tough but yet satisfying.
The challengesIt is a culture shock when I first joined. The expectation is relatively high and boss can be harsh at times in order for things to get going. (Being proactive is advisable) As the WGS is a big scale event, a lot of effort has to be chipped in so that it can be a successful event.
