    Poor management nothing good here
    The good thingsAt least some (a few)colleagues are helpful but poor management!!!
    The challengesPoor management (family busines) and benefit package. Management will not willing to fight for staff benefits. The company will squeeze out employees as much as possible. Many challenge/impossible things happen in this company. Please consider twice before you join in the is company.

    The challengesMessy Management. More people left this company than joining. You're expected to work on weekend and after working hours without benefit. Have to cope with high level of stress coming from the top
