    The good thingsGood place to learn for a start, many buses to different locations in Singapore, work hours can be decent if there’s no overtime
    The challengesProgression is limited to the same few favourites who do little work and will never get chosen to ot in time of need. Feedback given to HR is usually exposed / ignored behind your back. Some supervisors act in uncivilised ways that have gone unreported for years causing workers to leave.

    The good thingsGreat culture and a place where everybody kept learning and improving through interactions. Many pre-planned courses were set for employees to enable more understanding for our work. Amazing peers and superiors who are friendly and helpful.

Offers sense of fulfillment as we provide quality medicines, thereby increasing the quality of life of the Filipino patient.
    The challengesOperational Efficiency. A lot of things could be done with few resources, such as trimming down areas of assigned market. By doing such, a lot can be done by a sales colleague within a small territory, not requiring increased fuel and out-base hotel accommodation.

    great company but stagnant career growth
    The good thingsI loved the benefits from healthcare to life insurance. Also, they offer educational loans for qualified employees, as well as high incentives for those hitting their targets.
    The challengesIt would be better if the marketing activities are more aligned to the filipino culture since our clients are Filipinos and not just pattern the marketing tactics from the US, where the main headquarters of pfizer is. Also, in terms of career growth, may be they should increase the chances of performing employees to be promoted.
