    The good thingsEvery time when I have a trouble or if there's a hard machine trouble all electrician are give their support to finish early the trouble. They give idea if whwt is the possible cause of trouble.
    The challengesthe challenge here.if we have a project or modification or up grading about the control of the machine.it is hard because I don't know where or how I start the modification. But in the end we finish then project with the help of my co electrician.

    The good thingsthey gave us good benefits and they train us perfectly. people are supportive and easy to speak with, you learned a lot to your bosses the way they act, teach and train people especially the way the handle people when it comes to work operations.
    The challengesas a trainee we encountered challenges during our training because we were deploy directly to the area a few months later after we started. Doing work same as the regular employee,s did. We were sent to different fields and given a position to handled it.
