Aljunied Central Region1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Great office location but improvements needed in culture and management
The good thingsThe office is located in a prime area with convenient access to public transport and amenities. The workspace is well maintained and provides a comfortable environment for daily work
The challengesThe main challenges lie in the work culture and management style. The company is not very employee-centric, with limited focus on employee engagement, career growth, and recognition. Communication between management and employees could be more transparent, and there is scope for improving work-life balance and providing better support for professional development.

    Good first company
The good thingsPeople are easy to get along with. Knowledge-sharing is practised. I can only speak for my department but they allow you to grow, encourage you to acquire more skills, support taking short courses as benefits. Atmosphere is not that tense, even if environment is fast-paced. It has a good office culture where mangement support projects and giving you enough pressure to do the tasks.
The challengesAs mentioned environment is fast-paced so your skills must match or be enough to be able to cope. You are mostly left alone, you are not micromanaged so self-learning is a must skill. You will be given a lot of responsibilitites.
