Good first companyThe good thingsPeople are easy to get along with. Knowledge-sharing is practised. I can only speak for my department but they allow you to grow, encourage you to acquire more skills, support taking short courses as benefits. Atmosphere is not that tense, even if environment is fast-paced. It has a good office culture where mangement support projects and giving you enough pressure to do the tasks.
The challengesAs mentioned environment is fast-paced so your skills must match or be enough to be able to cope. You are mostly left alone, you are not micromanaged so self-learning is a must skill. You will be given a lot of responsibilitites.
