    Flexible and room for growth
The good thingsThis is my first company. For an entry level job, the environment allows you to learn and grow with the company. It's important to know what you need to do and work your way towards it systematically.
The challengesJust a small setback in terms of welfare and office comfort. No proper pantry.

    What feels like a family
The good things- Fun loving colleagues - Recreational activities (sports, movies, teambonding, family-inclusive outings) - Autonomy at work - Open to explore ideas - Senior management are good mentors and are approachable
The challenges- Need to improve on junior/middle management's competencies - A lot of administrative/operational tasks can be automated - Budget is a constraint most of the time
