    The good thingsThis is my first company. For an entry level job, the environment allows you to learn and grow with the company. It's important to know what you need to do and work your way towards it systematically.

    The good things- Fun loving colleagues - Recreational activities (sports, movies, teambonding, family-inclusive outings) - Autonomy at work - Open to explore ideas - Senior management are good mentors and are approachable

    The good thingsgood for starter that want to learn from legacy system, have a good software maintenance procedure.
    The challengesThe sop framework is good but some step is just for procedural only. Not good for experienced people that need challenge Individual competency is not being recognized Leader tend to maintain status quo to save their a$$
