Staff benefits are being cut to save costs, while the workload continues to increase. Management has no clear direction, hiring high-paid executives who deliver no real results. Meanwhile, employees are left with more work and fewer resources to cope.
The good thingsOutlets nearby housing area can use staff points.
The challengesThe challeges is have to face too many challenges

    No recommend!
    The good thingsSelf learning opportunity!
The challengesThe workload here is overwhelming, with long hours and poor staff benefits. Management lacks clear direction, leaving employees confused and unsupported. Work-life balance is nonexistent, and growth opportunities are limited despite the company’s claims of development.

Must be ready to embrace the challenges. Must be someone who is driven, motivated, and dedicated to personal growth and self-improvement!
The good thingsNice team and colleagues. Mgt is willing to teach as long you are willing to learn. It’s clear that the company is actively working towards positive changes. Pay always on time or earlier.
The challengesWorkload can be intense. (But in a good way, are you up for the challenges.) Lack of transport to the nearest MRT station.

    Terrible new management.
The good thingsCan learn a lot of thing other than your job scope.
The challengesManagement's Challenge Old management is good. Taking care of worker and gave a lot of benefit and incentives. But right now with new management on commercial department. Its terrible. A person from management can ruin the whole company. Worst management skill. I am glad to work with old management. But I am regrets to stay with the new management. It's just wasting of time. With new management, you don't need to be smart and hard work. All You need to know is bragging and flattering with management then very fast you will get promoted.

    Good Colleague, Poor Management
The good thingshelpful colleague, they always there when you need help.
The challenges1) Poor management - Management don't listen to feedback, they just want to listen what they expect. 2) Bad Career Developement - Instead of internal promote and salary increments, company rather hire outsider with high pay. 3) Benefits keep decreasing - transportation, meal and OT pay cut down while want employee to do 200% workload when manpower is shortage. Management expect all employee able to perform double or triple workload. End of the month will complaining about OT.
