The challenges1) Poor management - Management don't listen to feedback, they just want to listen what they expect.
2) Bad Career Developement - Instead of internal promote and salary increments, company rather hire outsider with high pay.
3) Benefits keep decreasing - transportation, meal and OT pay cut down while want employee to do 200% workload when manpower is shortage. Management expect all employee able to perform double or triple workload. End of the month will complaining about OT.
