    Family Friendly Work Place
    The good thingsPrincipal accommodates to teachers' family needs. I am really appreciative that sometimes I am allowed to bring my children to work during children's school holidays.
    The challengesNothing. As teachers we must do everything that we are suppose to do. Reports, talking to parents, looking after the children, etc.

    Accommodative but firm
    The good thingsI like to work here because the Director always put the children's first. Some staff may hesitate, understandably. Director is accommodative but firm.
    The challengesDon't really have any challenges. The challenge is usual, like children crying on and off, parents over demand.

    The good thingsteachers, children. Boss give me increment and additional bonus although it is not written in the letter.
