    The challengesNo authoritative figure and fake training is given. False sense of security. Transferred me to another company within 2 months. Called it commercialization. But then let me as a newbie there to be trained by another company that only wanted experienced people.

    Every project comes with Challenges and Excitement
    The good thingsThe wide repertoire of projects, it challenge your skill set and ability. You discover your strength and weakness and you always want to do better. You are rewarded according to your performance in a fair and just assessment. At the end of the day you grow and mature into someone better than yesterday.
    The challengesThe challenges is the pace of work, it comes fast and furious so you need to learn how to pace yourself and not become exhausted. It is a challenge to stay fresh and relevant, and remember your calling to be the best you can be and not be short of your calling.

    Great Exposure for Interns
    The good thingsI have learnt a lot throughout my journey in Pico Art. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Gave me a lot of tips on event managing. I have become more detailed and observant as a person. And i believe with the exposure i have had, it will help me embark on my future in event industry.
    The challengesThe only challenged ive to face during my internship was SALARY. As an intern/student we need to used money alot HAHA! The pay out was late and on top of that the salary method was cheque so i think buck up on intern salary efficiency is needed.
