    MD rules and MOM fails
    The good thingsFree soft drinks and coffee
    The challengesVery high staff turnover. MD believes it is very easy to replace people, so employees are often being fired. Sometimes even small things like slow replies or taking sick leave or simply stating facts when ask to not follow protocols.
