The challengesmanager can be very mean & unprofessional - she's definitely nice to her customers though. working hours can be reduced from 5 hrs to 2.5/3/4 hours sometimes, reducing the income that month. manager only wants to hear what she wants to hear, so giving suggestions are not very helpful. micro-manage quite a bit (all emails need to go through her, tasks can be given a few minutes before work ends sometimes). doesn't trust employees much. no proper working desk. salary was on time majority of the time, not all the time. expects (prompt) responses even after working hours.
