Career @ PinkertonThe good thingsAs a civil servant for the past 15 years, my new career move to Pinkerton has exposed me to an extensive corporate culture. I was promoted to a supervisory position in barely 10 months. The culture of promoting from within rather than external hire has greatly benefited me, both in progression and exposure.
The challengesCommunication between the company and its employees can be improved further. With only a satalitte office locally, communication between HR and ourselves are only through email correspondence. Employee benefits could be improved as well to raise morales.
