    The good thingsGood company to work for as appraisal is pretty fair, job could expand based on capabilities and seniority, near bus stops, potential of business expansion as it's part of a big industry. Globally respected brand.
    The challengesChallenges are similar to many other industries like price war, market expansion, agility in decision making, gloomy global outlook. Otherwise the potential is there. Benefits could be better. Flexible working environment could be thought of.
