    Good culture and a lot of flexibility and freedom provided you can finished you job
    The good thingsThe company has good culture. As long as you can get the job done, you can a lot of flexibility Minimum office politics
    The challengesDifferent boss has different standard and expectation the quality of work can be very high or very low The company has a lot of challenging clients with messy accounts

    Good exposure and good learning curve
    The good thingsTrain the assistant to learn the basic and equip the them with the skills to handle the whole process of audit. Management appreciate what the staff contribute and reward with reasonable pay.
    The challengesSome of the partner is not good to work with but the overall experience is good. However, we will be able to learn from different people given that audit team always work with different manager, partner and client.
