    Good place for growth and learning
    The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by encouraging the staffs to take on courses and further add value for themselves and the company. One of the things I like about the team is that they are very well bonded and is work focused but also easy to communicate with.
    The challengesThe weakness of the company's management team is seen in workload management and micromanaging. One of the challenges I find working with the team here is the visible divide between the creative/ business and IT teams.
